Pepper Jack Cheese
Cut them into bite size in a large bowl, Add extra olive virgin oil, garlic salt, oregano & stir.
Add softer ingredients last. Cut into bite size chunks. Add more olive oil, garlic salt and oregano as necessary and stir again.

Cover and let marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours. Best to enjoy with your favorite bread. Serves 8-10 people
