The twists and turns of life sometimes leave a person in a quandary, and this was certainly what happened to me over the last year and a half. I moved to Santa Fe in 2018, after 50 years in Pennsylvania. When I decided to start looking for a realtor, Sondra was recommended to me by a friend. Sondra did a GREAT job helping me find a sweet little condo that was the perfect fit for my needs and my budget. I purchased the condo in Feb 2020 ...and then the governor shut everything down a month later due to covid. We’ve sold four homes over the decades (Michigan, California, Michigan, and here) and by far, Sandy is, without a doubt, the best Realtor out of the four. It was refreshing to have a Realtor who told us what we could do, what she could do, not what we or the realtor couldn’t do. My Santa Fe real estate story started in March of 2021 when I bought my first investment property here.
